Processing time
Every shirt is printed and pressed to order. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage from Waxhaw, NC.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
Delays
During high order volume or peak seasons, processing time may extend by 1–2 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is affected.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, wait 24 hours — packages sometimes scan early. If it still hasn't arrived, email support@durableunion.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
