Refund policy
Every shirt is made to order. We don't carry inventory — your shirt is printed and pressed when you order it.
Wrong size or changed your mind?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery. We'll issue store credit for the shirt price minus a $6 restocking fee. Applicable tax will be refunded.
Conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact
- Customer covers return shipping
- No cash refunds on non-defective orders
Defective print, wrong item, or damaged in transit?
That's on us. Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no return needed.
How to start a return or claim
Email support@durableunion.com with your order number and reason. If it's a defect or damage claim, include photos.
If a return is approved, we'll send shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue store credit within 5 business days. Defect replacements ship as soon as the claim is confirmed.
